Year in Pictures 2022: Saint Meinrad

Did you know my full-time job is at Saint Meinrad Archabbey? Saint Meinrad is a Benedictine monastery and seminary school located in southern Indiana. In my position there, I tell stories through photos, video, audio and words. This year marks my 11th year of storytelling at Saint Meinrad.

Saint Meinrad is known as a place of stability and tradition. There have a been a lot of changes over the last decade, but the Hill remains rooted prayer, Benedictine hospitality and service to the Catholic Church.

As each year comes to a close, the Communications Office culls through the thousands of photos taken during the year and narrows down the Year in Pictures. (You can see our 2022 edit here)

In 2022, Saint Meinrad saw a lot of recovery from the pandemic. There were less masks in photos, more people at conferences and events. As with every year, these photos show faith, love, heartbreak, beauty, life, tradition.

Enjoy this look back at my favorite Saint Meinrad photos from 2022…
