My work consists of real moments. Real life. Real stories. It celebrates both the joys, and the struggles of parenthood. After all, this season of life is only temporary.
My approach to capturing families is very relaxed and observational as opposed to traditional and directed.
It's not about getting the perfect photos, or everything being just right.
It's not about everyone looking happy all the time, or wearing incredible outfits. Plenty of other photographers offer those things.
When you do a session with me, the focus of your session will be about having fun and spending quality time with your kids. The magic happens when you forget that I'm there and you focus on playing with, loving on, and connecting with each other.

— Here’s What Happens Next —
First off, if you’ve never had a family film or photo session before - It’s going to be A LOT easier and more fun than you probably expect! The first step is to reach out! You can do that HERE. After you reach out, this is what you can expect…

Once I receive your message, I will respond within two business days. If you reach out over the weekend, I will get back to you on Monday. I will send you my pricing information, and I’ll suggest a few dates.

You’ll pay a deposit to lock in your date. I’ll send you a contract for digital signature and a client guide with more information on what to expect.

Next, I’ll get to know you and your family so I can create a film and photographs that are meaningful to you. I’ll send you a questionnaire that will help me learn more about your family’s history and the things that matter the most to you. The answers to your questionnaire will play a key role in developing the plans for your session.

We’ll chat on the phone or over Zoom or meet in person before the session to go over the details and decide on the time of day, location and some of your family’s favorite activities.

On the day of your session, you just have to be yourselves. Don’t fret over messes, wrinkles, uncooperative kids or feuding siblings. Just be in the moment and enjoy your unplugged time together. I promise you will have fun!

Two weeks after the session, you will receive a link to your online gallery where you can download high-resolution images. The gallery is private, so you are the first to view the images. You will have a chance to mark images you want to keep just for your family as private before I make the gallery public. Family Films are delivered in about 10-12 weeks.
