Marie Surprise 98th Birthday Party
Marie was born in December when the weather is not ideal for travel, and people are busy with the hustle and bustle of the holidays. Her family decided to surprise her with a half birthday party in July as she inches closer to centenarian status.
On July 13, as Marie left for Mass, her family gathered at her home and got busy preparing to party. Tables were set up, pizza was ordered, a giant birthday cake was picked up. The evening was relaxed. Family members got caught up on life’s busy moments, played cards and cornhole, made snow cones, and showered Marie with love.
There’s no better way to spend a Saturday evening, in my opinion, than being surrounded by the people you love, celebrating a life well lived. Happy half birthday, Marie!
